Welcome to Sehla. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sehla's AI prompt management platform ("Service") operated by Sehla ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Sehla, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Service Description

Sehla is a cloud-based platform that allows you to:

• Create, edit, and manage AI prompts using our rich text editor
• Organize prompts with folders, tags, and version history
• Share prompts publicly or privately with specific users
• Collaborate with team members on prompt development
• Access your prompts from any device with internet connectivity

Subscription Plans

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use Sehla, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Being responsible for all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sehla. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sehla only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload, share, or create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Service to generate, store, or share prompts for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Content Guidelines

While we don't actively monitor your private prompts, publicly shared content must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Contains explicit sexual content or child exploitation material
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or attempts to compromise security

5. Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99 USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• Monthly subscription fees on your billing date
• Any applicable taxes
• Fees for additional services you purchase

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription through your account settings:

• Cancel your subscription at any time (service continues until period end)
• Update payment information through Stripe's secure portal
• Downgrade to free plan (with usage limits reinstated)

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the free plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts, content, and materials you create using Sehla ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
• Make backups and ensure data redundancy for service reliability
• Enable sharing features when you explicitly choose to share content

Our Service

Sehla and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without explicit permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key points regarding your data:

• We never access or analyze the content of your private prompts
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete your account and associated data
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

8. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription (if applicable)
• Deleting your account through account settings
• Contacting our support team

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees (after reasonable notice)
• Abuse the Service or harass other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it longer.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email or through the Service
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms
• Provide at least 30 days notice for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sehla regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
